Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Please Note: We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We carefully curate our baby care essentials and scientifically crafted beauty collections to meet your highest expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.

We strive to make the returns process as gentle and straightforward as the care you provide your little one.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons:

  • Breast Pump Accessories (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Breastmilk Storage Bags (opened packages)
  • Clearance Items (as marked in our Clearance section)
  • Any products where the original packaging has been opened or compromised

The Return Process

  1. Submit Your Return Request
    Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your return request. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item(s).
  3. Package and Ship Your Return
    Please include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship your return to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). For exchanges of the same value, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
